FundingAvailability

The CPUC selected GCAP Services, Inc. (GCAP) to serve as Statewide Access Fund Administrator (SAFA) for the TNC Access for All Program. There are 48 California counties that do not have a dedicated Local Access Fund Administrator (LAFA) and GCAP was selected as the SAFA to address this gap.

SAFA County Coverage

The SAFA APP is the official grant management system for Access Provider applications, evaluations, and reporting. Potential Access Providers are required to submit applications to be eligible to receive the Access for All Grant.
